Julian, 6 months old, truly is the happiest baby on the block. He was all smiles during our recent photo session at his uptown home, cuddling up to his dog Nancy who has yet to discover the wonders of a baby dropping food everywhere. Even when he gets a little too excited and starts to wobble, his parents are right there to catch him!
